How much does it cost?
Our rates are inclusive, which means there are no hidden costs. You receive everything you need for your event : Delivery, private gallery, unlimited photos during your event, code cards, props, tech support, and an archive of your photos after your event.
USnaps services vary based on your event time, so feel free to contact us about your event and we’ll provide you with the best rate possible.
How much space is needed?
USnaps is compact, so we can fit in most venues. Ideally, we recommend at least a 10’ x 10’ space. More specifically, Our standard backdrops are 6’ wide and the kiosk sits just 5’ out allowing the maximum number of people to be taking pictures and enjoying the slideshow of all the fun!
How long does it take to set up USnaps?
Our team can set up standard services in about an hour. We will always strive to get things set up as early as possible to ensure the best experience!
What backdrops do you have?
USnaps uses fabric backdrops so they always look crisp and professional for your photos. We offer a variety of colors including blue, silver, gold, etc. We can also assist in getting a custom backdrop created for your party. Just let us know and we’ll get it into production!
What sort of events is USnaps good for?
Private parties and corporate events… you name it, we have done it! - weddings, birthdays, proms, reunions, bar/bat mitzvahs, fundraisers, etc.
USnaps crew has years and years of event experience with private parties, corporate events, and large scale marketing campaigns around the country.
Where is USnaps located?
USnaps is based in Seattle and includes services in Portland, New York, (what are the current locations) . Our teams also love to travel, so we’ll deliver to surrounding areas. Inquire with our HQ for more info.
Do you provide props?
Sure do! Props are standard with USnaps services. We try to keep our props fresh and interesting, but if there is anything specific you need for your event, we just ask that you provide exactly what you need.
How many photos do I get?
USnaps has “unlimited” photos, which means, for as long as your event is happening, the camera is ON! Then, all of your photos can be seen and shared for free in the private event gallery to use however you’d like.
How soon can I access my photos?
Photos can usually be seen within 3 minutes after taking them. However, this is also dependent on internet connection. Our team will always work to get your photos online ASAP. If wifi is not available at your event, we will have the images ready for you within 24 hours.
How long are my photos available?
Photos are available in your event gallery for 1 year. Also, we store them safely in our archives for 3 years… just in case you need them later on.
Do you print?
We have always been dedicated to being environmentally friendly, which means not creating waste or using chemicals to print photos. Plus, with today’s technology, images are best saved and shared online (which can always be printed later if you’d like). However, we also understand the perks of having photos printed on-site. As a result, we created a print kiosk for guests to select images for printing during events. This is a separate service that we’d be happy to discuss with you.
Why Should I create a USnaps account?
By creating a USnaps account you can create your own galleries from any event that USnaps is at. You get all the features and your photos are safe and secure. It’s a great way to keep track of all your photos from any Usnaps experience!
What is U-IN-MOTION?
One of our recent inventions and it’s totally FUN!
U-IN-MOTION allows you to make your own animated gif’s. And of course, you can save and share from any event or your personal USnaps account.
How much space do you need for UPrint?
The UPrint kiosks are small and can be placed in a 4’ by 4’ space near the USnaps photo booth. This creates a separate area of activity at your event, allowing guests to browse and print high quality full size photos from the UPrint touchscreen.
Is there a charge for set-up/load out?
No way. Same day delivery and pick up is all included.
